There are three tiers to our wedding services…
A la carte (Full-Service): Our team is with you from start to finish. Together, we will determine which areas of wedding planning you would like A.COMPANIE to oversee. You will receive a proposal for services based on your priorities and needs, as well as an estimate of hours to plan your dream wedding. Need more help? No problem, you can always add additional services to time as your plans evolve.
Necessities (Base Service): This covers your top logistical needs based on 6 in person or virtual meeting/40 hours of planning. We have it down to a science! We are confident that in this time we can comb through all of your details, cross t’s and dot i’s. You will have access to all of the resources knowledge that we have after 10+ years in the event industry. This process is hands on as we get you started to make sure that you have a solid plan for your timeline and checklist, then we are very hands on 3 months out.
Smooth Finish (condensed Base Service): Maybe your plans are more simplified, or you have a friend or family member who is managing your wedding details? This version of our base service includes fewer meetings, but access to all of our organizational tools. Consider us your real life “help desk”; this service begins when you sign on to get you setup in our cloud-based system ,and then we engage in your planning process 6 weeks out.
For each of these packages your event day management is billed hourly per team member. This allows us to staff according to your final event needs which will evolve as months go on. At minimum, we have two planners on site for your wedding, but depending on our management tasks we may require a team of up to 5 or 6, pending guest count, venue locations and transportation needs.
$3,500 includes up to 40 hours of coordination; additional planning hours are billed monthly at a rate of $50/hour.
Let us get you organized. You will have access to our cloud-based wedding management system, which includes checklists, a calendar with reminders, a message center, and document sharing.
We will create your ceremony and reception layouts using Aisle Planner.
We will upload your guest list so you can monitor RSVPs on our cloud system. Using this tool, we will assist with your seating chart, verify final guest counts and manage any special requests. This information will also be communicated to all necessary vendors.
timeline and final details
A.COMPANIE will provide a complete wedding weekend timeline to you, as well as versions of the timeline, as requested, for additional groups (i.e. bridesmaids, parents, etc.). For vendors, we will create vendor-specific timelines that confirm load-in and load-out times. These will be sent out at least one week prior to your wedding. In addition, we will facilitate wedding party preparations on your wedding day with stylists, photographers and videographers, and oversee wedding party transportation to and from the ceremony.
complimentary consultation, aisle planner on-boarding meeting, getting to know you meeting, timeline meeting, 90-day touch base meeting, venue walk-through meeting, final details meeting, wedding “stuff” pickup/drop off. Plan 90 minutes for each meeting, for your final details meeting plan for 2-3 hours.
tier one a la carte services | $600 per service, for up to 12 hours per service
We will provide a custom budget tracking worksheet to assist in creating and managing your budget by overseeing payments, due dates, and overall budget details.
We will arrange & attend up to three venue visits to help you find your dream wedding ceremony and/or reception locations.
hotel room blocks
Our team will contact area hotels to negotiate rates and group booking packages. We will secure a hotel (or two) that is a good fit in the map of your wedding day, allowing guests to conveniently access the ceremony, reception and other wedding festivities.
We will hire, schedule and manage guest transportation details. We will develop a transportation schedule to help you get the most out of your contracted drive time and develop verbiage to communicate transportation information to guests.
We will help you choose stationery items such as save-the-dates, invitations, programs, menus and all other printed items. We will communicate edits (for two rounds of revisions) to your stationer.
We will work with you and the caterer to choose a personalized menu and provide display/serving ideas.

tier two a la carte services | $2200 per service, for up to 12 hours per service
We want to bring YOUR vision to life. This includes developing a color palette with a mood board, event diagrams, coordinating florals, unique guest entertainment, specialty rentals (lighting, specialty linens, structures, etc.). Your design concept will be totally personalized to fit your style and personality. You can then use this custom vision to hire your vendor dream team.
vendor design collaboration.
When you arrange for a.companie to handle vendor selection and management, we will assist you in finding the perfect vendors to make your dream wedding come true! We’ll schedule potential vendor appointments, collect and present proposals for your final decision, and ensure that vendors countersign the final contracts. We will handle communications with your vendor team to make sure they are fully prepared with layouts, timing, details and any special requests. With this service, our team will attend up to (6) vendor appointments (outside of your catering tasting).
event day coordination: billed hourly at $40/hour
the practice run – Working with your venue and officiant, we will attend and organize your wedding rehearsal and ceremony. We especially will focus on your processional and recessional while your officiant will be in charge of the actual ceremony.
day-of coordination – It’s wedding day! a.companie will manage your entire wedding from start to finish, so you can take in every moment. We will ensure correct setup of the ceremony site, cocktail hour and reception. We will store smaller items like programs, menus, place cards, and favors and deliver them to your venues. Plus, we will manage the timeline to make sure everything happens at the right moment!
RSVP cards will be sent to our office. We will manage your RSVPs for you including receiving responses, recording them and updating you regularly.
welcome bags for guests
We will provide ideas, gather items, assemble and deliver guest welcome gifts. Cost of materials is not included.

starts at $1750 (up to 15 hours)
additional pre-event coordination hours will be billed monthly at a rate of $50/hour; event setup, day-of management and teardown will be billed hourly at an event day rate of $40/hour
